General information and objectives

The Atlas of Switzerland interactive is a thematic national atlas on CD ROM. It consists of more than 250 statistical maps and 3D topography. Data can be called up and simple analyses made for both 2D and 3D representations. All cartographic programme modules were specially developped for this atlas by the Institute of Cartography at ETH Zurich.
