Specialties of Chris Folland:
I retired from the Met office in 2017 but retain an unpaid position in the Met Office as a Climate Expert. I remain an honorary climate professor, guest climate professor and adjunct climate professor at the Universities of East Anglia, Gothenburg, Sweden and Southern Queensland, Australia respectively. Since 2017, I have been mentoring students studying climate change and variability topics at Reading University.
