General information and objectives
to promote scientific research co-operation between the various parts of Europe, based on specific experience already gained with regard to "clean" housing and industry technology and techniques. to develop the research capacities for adaptation of technologies and techniques to local conditions as a presupposition for their faster implication in less economically advanced European countries. to exchange experience with regulations and other incentives aimed at reducing the consumption of energy in wealthier countries, where the economic progress has led to partially negligent use of scarce resources.
